SHIPPING

FRAGILE EARTH STUFFED ANIMALS & Gifts of Whimsy offers three methods of  shipping:  Standard (4-5 business days), Priority (2-3 business days) and Express (Next Day where available, otherwise 2 days).   Most of our inventory is small enough to ship via USPS mail and tracking numbers will be sent with shipment notifications.  Tracking numbers can be used at www.usps.com to track your delivery.  For the most part our packages are shipped in what plastic polymailer envelopes.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total.  Some bigger, heavier items might have a weight surcharge which will be mentioned in the item details and applied at checkout.

RETURNS

FRAGILE EARTH ANIMAL GIFTS offers the following Returns Policy:

At Fragile Earth we pride ourselves on our customer service. Even though all our items are exactly as listed, sometimes accidents and losses do occur during shipment. If your item is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately so that we may correct any problems. Any issues must be reported within seven days of receipt of item. We will replace or refund any damaged items once the item is returned to us.

We also understand that when buying online sometimes the item is not what you thought it would be.  If, for any reason, you need to return an item we will refund the cost of the item as long as it is returned in re-saleable condition.  At this time we do not charge restocking fees, however, if the item is being returned for anything other than damage we will only reimburse the cost of the item.  No shipping fees will be refunded.  Obviously, if the return is do to damage or lost items, entire purchases will be refunded or replaced.
